the gop envisions a balanced budget in ten years. democrats are not talking about that. there are no new taxes raised in the republican plan. one thing that's interesting is this -- the gop would do away with the obama health reforms and repeal the law. they would save about 35% of the budget savings in that budget plan but not mentioned at all are any of the tax increases that were put in the obama health law in order to fund a lot of those programs. that wasn't even mentioned in the gop plan. that's why i hesitate to call this that, even though everybody labels it a budget. a lot of the banks are not filled in. we expect the same thing from democrats when their plan is released in the senate later today. if you are waiting for a budget out of the white house, that won't come until april 8th, two months after that submission. >> will the white house plan be markedly different from the senate plan which is a majority of democrats. >> reporter: as of this point in time, the white house is not releasing any details and really the last couple of days at the briefings there
